Landlord gas certificates must be carried out by all landlords. Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 this must be carried out once a year.Please call EcoHeat Plumbing and Heating Services to arrange a visit by one of our Gas Safe Engineers to check for all gas pipe work, appliances and flues, which is owned by you and provided for your tenants for their use.You must keep a record of all Gas safety checks for 2 years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed and issue a copy to any new tenants before they move in.
Boiler Servicing, Repairs & Installations
Maintenance of your boiler is a must! It's the equivalent of an MOT for your car. If your Boiler is serviced yearly you will avoid the inconvenience of a breakdown and costly repairs. A Boiler that is not serviced regularly will be more susceptible to produce carbon monoxide.... Be safe, not sorry and have your Boiler booked in for an annual service.
Boiler Servicing should be carried out at least once a year, ideally in the two months before the cold weather starts. Don't wait until you turn it on and it does not work, service it early. In addition to servicing your boiler EcoHeat provide a full central heating service. We offer a reminder service so that every year we will send you a letter reminding you of the time to service your boiler etc.
